The Project Objectives

This project is about the development of a pilot application for "drug effect alert" aiming in a) increasing the degree of m.d. response regarding unwanted drug effects and collecting relevant information, b) improving the speed of dissemination and process of available drug data and c) spotting of current weaknesses and improvement of the National System for drug side-effects awareness. These goals will be achieved through the development of a heterogeneous distributed software system that will be used in the collection, analysis and process of related data. The Software Engineering Lab will be responsible for the Software Quality Assurance and for the evaluation of the project's results.
